We act as Marine Surveyors for any parties, including Insurance Companies that may require our services in order to guarantee the loading and discharging processes as well as cargo handling using the safest and most constructive procedures in accordance with the rules of good seamanship.
All the cargo is inspected before, during and after loading or discharging operations so as to keep a detailed record in every moment of the process. Subsequently, we produce an exhaustive assessment report with the whole operation process in detail, this includes times and damages if there were any, together with a photographic dossier highlighting the cargo condition.
Before the loading operations start, we carry out a thorough inspection of all the loading arrangements to be used for each operation and we check the documents which support the condition of the gear such as wires, shackles, grommets, spreaders etc.
